Returns

Due to the nature of lip gloss products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
